Life Fitness IC3 Indoor Cycle

Featuring stylistic and functional improvements over the previous model, the Life Fitness IC3 Indoor Cycle is an ideal addition to group or solo cycling sessions. The WattRate® LCD computer features a fully-integrated LCD screen with a permanent backlight function. An LED indicator located above the LCD display provides the user with the option to utilise the Coach By Color® function. With Coach By Color®, an indicator above the screen changes colour so the exerciser knows exactly how hard they’re working. The screen displays a wealth of valuable training data such as watts, heart rate, rpms, exercise duration and resistance level. The computer uses its inbuilt technology to send ride data to external devices, applications and ICG® Connect via Bluetooth™ or ANT+. Thanks to the fitted WattRate® Power Meter, the IC3 displays a precise measurement of the user’s effort in watts. This precision is achieved by using the patented flywheel run down technology and while riding, a positioning sensor measures the resistance applied to the magnetic brake system. Resistance is adjusted by twisting a dial positioned in front of the rider. The ergo-formed, soft PVC handlebars are height-adjustable, and include dual water bottle holders, while the unisex padded sport saddle can be adjusted both vertically and horizontally. Other features on the IC3 include a Poly-V belt drivetrain, with a 1:8 gear ratio, a Q Factor of 178mm / 7.0”, a CrMo 170mm / 6.7” crank type, dual-sided SPD and toe-cage pedals and a stable steel frame.
