Shipping Policy
At Best Fitness Store, we’re committed to ensuring your orders are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time. Most orders are shipped within 2–3 business days, and if there are any exceptions or backorders, we’ll notify you promptly by email or phone.
We work with trusted shipping partners based on the size and type of your order. These include USPS, FedEx, UPS, and various freight carriers for larger fitness equipment.
Standard (Economy) Delivery
Our standard delivery option includes curbside drop-off at the end of your driveway. Please note:
- This service does not include setup, assembly, or packaging removal.
- Items shipped via economy delivery are typically handled by common carriers and dropped off curbside only.
- Free shipping covers delivery to your location but does not include unloading or moving equipment inside your home.
- Inside delivery or full installation services may be available in select areas at an additional cost.
Optional Delivery & Assembly Services
If you select in-home delivery and assembly, here’s what to expect:
- Once your order is processed, it will be shipped directly to your home or to a local certified installer in your area.
- The installer will contact you once your equipment arrives to schedule a convenient installation time.
- On the agreed date, the installer will: Place your equipment in the room of your choice, and Assemble and test it for proper operation.
- Installation typically takes 1–2 hours, depending on the product and location setup.
- Most customers can expect installation within 3–4 weeks, though timelines may vary by location, weather, and holidays.
If you require any special delivery arrangements, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Additional Shipping Information
- Extra shipping charges may apply to locations outside the 48 contiguous states or to remote and island destinations requiring special access.
- For heavy orders (over 150 lbs), such as large fitness machines, your delivery address must be accessible by a semi-trailer truck.
- A lift-gate service is recommended for heavy shipments to assist with unloading. The freight company will contact you with details and costs for this optional service.
After your order is placed, Best Fitness Store will confirm your purchase details and send you a tracking number once your shipment leaves our warehouse. For freight deliveries, you will be contacted directly to schedule your delivery window.
Please note that any re-delivery fees resulting from missed appointments will be the responsibility of the customer.
Inspecting Your Delivery
Upon receiving your shipment:
- Inspect the packaging and contents carefully before signing.
- If the item or box shows significant damage, refuse the delivery so it can be returned to us.
- For minor damage or missing parts, ask the driver to note it on the delivery receipt—this makes claims easier to process.
- If you later discover concealed damage or missing components, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.
