The WaterRower M1 Rowing Machine is available in two seat height options. The HiRise version offers a higher seating position of 500mm/20” – ideal for those who prefer a higher rowing position while also making it easier for those with mobility impairments or those in rehabilitation programmes to get on and off the machine. The seat on the LoRise option is 300mm/12” high, which is a more standard height. Both options can be stood on their end and stored vertically – you’ll save that extra bit of floor space with the LoRise option here. Every WaterRower® M1 is built to last, handcrafted in the USA with a powder-coated tubular aluminium frame. It’s portable and easy to manoeuvre, with integrated transport wheels for movement around your home or commercial gym. The M1’s patented WaterFlywheel delivers a realistic rowing experience, recruiting up to 84% of your muscle mass during every stroke with minimal impact on your joints and back. The WaterRower® M1 rowing machine is fitted with the S4 Performance Monitor, offering advanced functionality over the standard Quick-Start LCD monitors. It displays your time, distance, speed, intensity and stroke rate, and can connect to a wide range of popular iOS and Android indoor rowing apps like Asensei, EXR, WRTV, CityRow (ComModule required for Bluetooth connection – sold separately).
