The Spirit XE195 Elliptical Cross Trainer boasts an ergonomic 20” stride length which, combined with an 11kg flywheel and 20 levels of ECB resistance, delivers a comfortable motion for all users. Static handles in front of the console incorporate controls for adjusting your resistance on-the-go and pulse sensors for accurate heart rate measurements, while the large foam-padded moving handlebars engage your upper body while striding. The XE195’s oversized pedals are space 2 inches apart, ensuring a comfortable footing every time. A selection of pre-set workouts ensure every session is varied, including Manual, Hill, Fat Burn, Cardio, Strength, HIIT, Fusion, 5K, 10K, Target (Time, Distance, Calories) and two Custom workouts. A 7.5” blue LCD screen displays all the metrics you need to keep track of, Time, Heart Rate, Calories and more. The XE195’s console also includes an integrated adjustable fan to keep you cool and a built-in tablet holder for following along with workouts or catching up with your favourite shows while you stride.
