The Spirit CT1000 ENT Treadmill built-in workouts come in the shape of Manual, Hill, Fat Burn, Cardio, Strength, 2x HR, 5K, 10K, HIIT, Interval and Custom Fitness Test. In short, there’s plenty here for users to enjoy. Pulse grips can be found on the handlebars in front of the runner for easy heart rate monitoring during sessions, or users can connect a chest strap if they’d prefer (chest strap not included).
