The ramp angle is fully adjustable from a level plane through 20 different incline levels, allowing users to target all major lower-body muscle groups. Paired with its 20” stride length and smooth motion is a powerful 9kg flywheel and 20 levels of resistance, adjustable via handlebar-mounted controls. A 7.5” LCD display feeds back your workout information in real-time, with the console also incorporating cooling fans, a device holder, a USB charging port and built-in Bluetooth® speakers. Featuring Bluetooth® 5.0 with FTMS protocol, the E25 is compatible with leading fitness apps like Zwift and Kinomap, plus Strava, Apple Health Kit and more via the SOLE+ App. There are 10 built-in workout programs, which include Manual, 5 Standard Programs, 2 User and 2 HRC. For heart rate monitoring, the E25 includes hand pulse sensors on the static handlebars, plus a built-in BLE and 5KHz receiver.
