A resistance range of 30 levels (1-500 W) ensure it’s easy enough to get moving, but still delivers a challenge for those after more intensity. Resistance is adjustable via large, conveniently placed controls on the handlebars, that feature a unique sealed design for improved durability and tactile feedback.
