Complete with the advanced XIR console, it’s easy to keep every workout fresh with 12 metric-driven cardio programmes like Sprint 8. You can sync to the apps you already use, like MyFitnessPal, Strava and more via ViewFit connectivity, and enjoy entertainment favourites including Netflix, Spotify and YouTube (subscriptions not included). Connect your console via WiFi for software updates, ViewFit, web browsing and entertainment apps. Get the most accurate heart rate feedback fitness equipment can provide with integrated Polar heart rate technology, with a Polar heart rate strap included with the XIR. Multi-grip dual action and stationary handlebars let you switch up the focus of your session quickly, with resistance / incline toggle integrated allowing for changes on the fly.
