The Life Fitness E3 Elliptical Cross Trainer with Track Connect 2.0 Console is a club-inspired cross trainer that delivers not only a comfortable training platform but exciting interactive training and online tracking options. It boasts a modern design, complete with a striking Titanium finish which is complemented by WhisperStride™ technology for incredibly smooth motion through 20 resistance levels. The ErgoGrip stationary front bar and multi-grip moving bars allow you to target different muscle groups for the ultimate in flexibility. The 18cm white LCD display of the new Track Connect 2.0 console features an instructional message centre and 3 custom workouts per user profile, alongside 15 workout options. Classic workouts: Manual, Random, Hill. Advanced workouts: EZ Resistance, Sport Training, Fit Test. Heart Rate Controlled Workouts: Fat Burn, Cardio, Heart Rate Hill™, Heart Rate Interval™, Extreme Heart Rate™. Goal Workouts: Calories, Distance, Target Heart Rate. The Track Connect 2.0 features enhanced Bluetooth® that enables pairing with an Apple Watch® or Samsung Galaxy Watch®, as well as Apple® or Android™ smartphones. This lets you connect seamlessly to the bike for extremely accurate workout information. With contact heart rate sensors built into the front handlebars, accurate and consistent heart rate monitoring is taken care of. You can also use the wireless heart rate chest strap for even more accuracy and convenience.
