You can also accurately measure your heart rate with the contact handlebar sensors and free Polar chest strap. CROSS CiRCUIT TRAINING The Q37xi allows you to combine cardio intervals on the elliptical with strength training exercises using the included resistance bands. You get double the workout in half the time and space! You can also add additional CROSS CiRCUIT extras for even more options. This includes the CROSS CiRCUIT+ kit with stationary side steps (sold separately). SMARTLIGHT CONSOLE Simple to use, the LCD console displays all your key workout data, including your speed, calories and heart rate. Featuring exclusive SmartLight technology, the console also acts like a coach, alerting you to how hard you’re exercising and when to prepare for the next interval in a workout booster mode. The console also has three placements for your iPad. The Q37xi features 20 resistance levels and an MOM safety mode, which increases and locks the resistance when the elliptical isn’t in use. This makes it impossible for children to operate the machine.
