There are 5 workout programmes built in, including the Sprint 8 HIIT programme for intense home training. Press the WiFi “Connect & Sync” button to connect the XR Console to your home wireless network for software updates and ViewFit connectivity, sending workout data to the fitness apps and tools you already use (like MyFitnessPal, Fitbit, Strava and more). The TF50 Folding Treadmill features a convenient Space Saver design, enabling you to store the machine in a vertical position when not in use.
