Easily adjust the resistance level mid-workout with resistance toggles on the seat-mounted handlebars, and measure your heart rate via contact grips. Commercial-grade, self-balancing pedals with adjustable straps provide a secure footing, and the adjustable Comfort Arc Seat with mesh seatback ensures excellent ventilation and comfort too. Complete with the XR console, you can view all your workout stats with ease on the bright, 8.5” LCD display. There are 5 workout programmes built-in, including the renowned Sprint8 HIIT programme for intense home training.
