Life Fitness pushed the envelope to create a streamlined rower that helps exercisers to push past their limits. Designed with a combined Air and Magnetic resistance system, the Life Fitness Heat Rowing Machine LCD provides 100 resistance levels, adjustable via a 300° resistance dial that allow exercises to fine tune their workouts to any level of intensity. The intuitive LCD console allows instructors to optimise small group training and enables exercises to easily train on their own with simple programs including target workouts, distance, time, calories, and intervals. This easy-to-use digital console boots up into Quick Start mode, giving exercisers the ability to start their workout quickly and without interruption. Crafted with the exerciser in mind, the Heat Row boasts a host of smart design touches for an enjoyable training experience. A mobile phone holder is included above the LCD screen to stay connected through your workout, and the embedded roller guide system and quick-release ratcheting foot strap keep you firmly planted and stable as you row. The Heat Row is easy to transport too, with a concealed handle inside the end cap and front transport wheels.
