Return Policy

At Best Fitness Store, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. All our fitness equipment is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship and in perfect working condition at the time of purchase.

If your product becomes defective within 60 days of purchase, we will replace it once it has been returned to us for inspection. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper handling. No other warranties apply beyond those explicitly stated here. Products returned for warranty service must be shipped in their original packaging with freight prepaid.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your order, you may return unused items within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund (excluding shipping, handling, and any applicable restocking fees).

To initiate a return, please email our support team for assistance. All returns must include a copy of the packing slip or original receipt.

We reserve the right to decline returns that:

  • Are not in original or good condition
  • Do not include a return authorization number
  • Are missing proof of purchase
